The Supervisory Board of Plantify Partners Europe has appointed An Vander Aa as the new CEO of Floréac with effect from November 6th 2023.
The appointment of An Vander Aa as the first female CEO of Floréac NV follows the decision of the Supervisory Board and Benoit Strauven to pass on the CEO role. In recent years he shaped, among others, the strategic framework for Floréac’s future direction and he guided the further affiliation with the family-owned group PPE (Plantify Partners Europe).
“An brings a broad experience in various international senior management positions in manufacturing and IT services and has been on board of the Floréac Management for over a year with a specific focus on commercial policy. In this capacity, she is ideally positioned to ensure continuity and guide the organization in this next phase for the company. The further realization of the strategic choices in close cooperation with our growers, customers and employees is paramount to guide this wonderful family business into its 70th year of life” confirms Cees van der Meij, Member of the Supervisory Board of Plantify Partners Europe.
